Because our coaches are the backbone of the Spring Hockey Program, we give them the best tools, instruction and support possible to ensure the players receive the most development possible throughout the short spring season.

Support for Coaches
Coaching is no easy task and it is important to have a solid support system to encourage each other to become better. Our experienced coaches and leaders at East Coast Ice are always available to help each other with certain challenges or simply to brainstorm ideas.
By joining our team you have access to Derek Cormier, Mathieu Martin, Robbie George, Terry Francis and other East Coast Ice Mentor Coaches to help them succeed as a coach. Our coaches are also invited to Coaching Seminars on various coaching topics.
